-The Senior Tower crane erector must have sufficient knowledge of tower cranes from scratch to final commissioning and handling over
-Knowledge in erecting and dismantling of all kinds of tower cranes, and passenger hoist
-Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical
-Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems as they arise
-Fill in the required reports as need be
-Capabilities to read and understand catalogues and drawings
-Act as general handyman
-Comply with the high safety measures as need be
-Not afraid of heights.
