About the role:

We are currently looking for a Business Navigator to be based in our Doha operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the cash offices functions and ensure that daily / weekly / monthly routines are followed. You will audit the entire store to ensure that previous audit reports are followed with documented checks in place. You will also ensure that all administration routines are followed throughout the store and show a proactive approach in suggesting checks and corrections in the operating process.

You will continue to investigate areas of the store that could lead to possible stock losses and fraud if routines are not updated and communicated and you will  assist the Store Manager control expenses in P&L for the store.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Cash Office Admin
* Ensure that accurate reports are provided to the Store/Regional Office personnel consistently to meet reporting deadlines
* Maintain data archives in the system to facilitate easy access when required
* Audit measures to make sure that Daily reconciliation of Collections are true and fair in all aspects.
*  Support Service office in creating, Amending SOP's based on improving the operational efficiency but without compromising the operational standards.
* Supervise the following - Below are not exclusive, however a priority
* Daily reconciliation of store takings & reporting. 
* Forex Recon and monitoring of exchange rates.
* Cheques collection and control.
* Tallying of safe fund daily.
* Credit Card Reconciliation.
* Gift Vouchers redemption and reconciliation.
* Banking of the various tender types.
* Store Petty Cash.

People Management & Development
* To develop the admin executives to be able to understand and manage the role when the Admin and Audit Manager is absent. To lead and train the team to be able to carry out all cash office and admin/audit functions. 

Supplier/Contracts Management  
* Responsible for maintaining proactive relationships with external suppliers and contractors on a regular basis to reduce costs of stationary.

Financial
* The total store admin controls must be looked into based on a scheduled basis and feedback should be communicated to the CRM, Store Manager and Process Compliance Manager. All areas of the store: goods receiving/home delivery/checkouts/cash office/passouts/IKEA Food for example must have regular audits executed. Show a proactive approach by using information from co-workers/meetings etc to dig deeper into areas where possible stock losses and fraud could be found.     
* Write and develop in coordination with the service office all new and existing standard operating procedures in order to ensure a constant high performance.
* Ensure accurate daily/weekly reconciliation of all monies to ensure minimum losses to the business.
