About the Job:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of documents for receiving and transferring the stocks to customers and branches.
* Preparation of POs (purchase orders) in SAP
* Keeping track and record of inward and outward parts movement
* Creation of locations in SAP and inside the warehouse.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and parts
* Following the basic techniques of warehousing
* Proper disposal of scrap parts
* Filing and maintenance of documents
* Supervision of loading and unloading of consignments
* Inspection of consignments for damaged parts
* Preparation of claims for damaged parts
* Checking of parts posting by the parts sales staff against picking slips
* Assessing the warehouse in-charge in carrying out the annual inventory check
* Perpetual stock check and adjustments
