Insurance Sales Manager - Antal International

Our Client is an well established Insurance Firm with offices in several locations around GCC and seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to join their team in Qatar.

Role Profile:

The Insurance Sales Manager works on promoting CLIENT Financial Services activities; including a wide array of local and international investment and protection policies; The incumbent should be experienced in generating and exploring new business leads or capitalizing on our existing referrals for generating more sales opportunities. The candidate should be able to offer personalized services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify channels to market and promote Client services and products in the area of operation.
- Manage, plan, coordinate and control financial services sales activities offered to existing and targeted customers.
- Offer guidance to client on ways to expand their investment portfolio and encouraging them to use the range of Investment and Protection Policies promoted by Client.
- Meet and exceed Sales production targets.
- Provide individualized and reliable service to customers to increase satisfaction level and client experience.
- Liaise between Insurance Companies and clients to meet and exceed the needs of the customers
- Remain updated on latest product and benefits in the Financial and Insurance markets.
- Knowledgeable about the products and its legal restrictions in the area of service.
- Keeping abreast with the local compliance regulations, in the area of service, to ensure the WIS is abiding by the local financial services regulations and requirements.
- Keeps an eye on competition and competitive products newly launched while continuously devising sound business plans to increase market share.
- Recruit, train and lead a small team of financial advisor
