About Your Job:
Kitchen Coordinator III is responsible for the smooth flow of information and delivery of food between the Operations and Production Departments. You will ensure that all meals are delivered on time to the Operations Department as per the batch delivery timings and also confirm that the latest flight loads are provided to production Department for smooth functioning. You must coordinate with the Operations Department to monitor flight loads of all flights and inform all sections of the kitchen to avoid shortages and overproduction. You will liaise with the Sous chef, to ensure all food items are ready on time and handed over to the Operations Department as per the latest loads. Carry out a final check on all food items to ensure that they are produced as per airline specifications. Undertake any tasks given by the chef on duty from time to time to ensure proper coordination between Production and Operations departments in dispatching all meals to flights on time. You must ensure that all sections of the kitchen have latest flight loads and all meals are handed over to the Operations Department in accordance to the set batch delivery system.
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
The ideal candidate must be a graduate with a good knowledge of Computer applications (MS Office). Good Knowledge about food and beverages with good communication skills, Fluent in reading, writing &speaking in. English.
Minimum Experience:
You must have minimum of 4 years experience in flight catering/Hotel Industry either in Operations or Production Departments. The successful candidate must possess Planning/Organising abilities, Problem Solving and Leadership skills.
