About Your Job:
You are required to negotiate the best possible price and terms with suppliers, to generate new promotional activities with their support, ensure the logistical chain functions nominally, carry out continuous price comparisons both with competitors and the domestic market, and process all necessary paper-work.
Key performance indicators are detailed extensively under the following:
Sales, Merchandising & Display, Stock, Supplier Relations, Policies & Procedures, Security and General. Proven track record in the ability to manage stock on a day-to-day basis, direct hands-on experience with Oracle / Navision inventory management, Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical process control.
About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills. Ideally you will have 5 years experience in buying FMCG and or Luxury Branded products A Bachelors Degree in Purchasing, Retailing, and Marketing and or Business Administration will be an advantage.
