The incumbent will manage the QS Team (5 people) and will be responsible for invoicing the client and for payment of subcontractor, based on project's specifications, progress and variations.
The roles interfaces with Project management, QA/QC, Planning/reporting here in Doha, and with Supply Chain, and Finance/cost control in Italy.
Externally, it interfaces with both client and subcontractor.
