Be fully conversant with the Spa’s Sales & Marketing plan and current promotions.
Drive additional revenue by actively up-selling retail products, promotional offers and encouraging repeat bookings.
Be responsible for the retail displays within the reception area.
Guest Service
Deliver the recognised Marriott Spa journey for all clients.
Log and track all member comments, providing timely responses to all comments.
Provide clients with information on products, home care routines and suitable treatments.
Operational Standards
Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place within the Spa.
Deliver all Marriott Spa Standard Operating procedures.
Maintain data integrity of electronic stock control system, point of sale and spa scheduling systems
Manage the booking system to ensure that Therapist utilisation and room occupancy is maximised.
Ensure all client data is captured and entered into the Concept system.
Prepare reports and provide performance information.
Fully understand, and comply with, Hotel and Marriott cashiering procedures.
Be responsible for a cash float, and ensure its security at all times, as per procedure.
Ensure that the Receptionists audit and balance each day’s shift, prepare daily banking, and report any discrepancies to the Director of Leisure.
Minimise stock loss and carry out stock security procedures.
