Responsibilities
· To create great first and last impressions for residents
· To control club access
· To answer incoming calls promptly and handle them professionally
· To be hospitable to residents as they enter and leave the club and to use names at every opportunity
· To track resident usage, enforce club policies and assist residents with their requests
· To report resident feedback and make suggestions for improvements
· To stay informed of events, promotions and programs in the residences and throughout the hotel complex
· To keep all club areas organized and clean
· To wipe down fitness machines, remove towels, trash and debris from fitness, changing and pool areas
· To maintain F&B offerings fresh and stocked at all times
· To be knowledgeable of the Room Service menu and to be able to take orders through Micros
· To welcome residents and offer them towels, refreshments and assistance as required
· To provide information to residents about equipment, facilities and activities
· To work closely with the reception team and be able to provide assistance and relief as and when necessary
· To be ambassadors in safety and security
