1. Visitor Experience
• Develop, implement and constantly enhance appropriate VIP & Visitor Experience request procedure for guests at AZF and its SBUs.
• Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders the request procedure and ensure adherence.
• Work with other staff to develop, implement and constantly enhance VIP & Visitor Experience.
• Develop standardized levels for various guests including appropriate tour host, gift, catering, photography security and other.
• Work with other staff to develop and constantly update a Visitor Experience section of the website including images, video, virtual tour, testimonials and other relevant information.
• Develop and implement a Visitor Experience post visit procedure that includes a thank you note and request the feedback of the guests on how the experience can be enhanced of appropriate.
• Design, procure and manage a range of appropriate AZF and SBU gifts for distribution to guests.
• Work with other departments to ensure appropriate facilities, staff and activities can be covered in a visitor experience. This includes where possible timing tours to include demonstration of our programs.
• Work with Media Relations Senior Officer - AZF to determine if some guests can be used in a media story / website news / testimonial quote regarding their visit to the AZF.
• Provide a monthly report looking at the previous four weeks summarizing the guests and looking at the future four weeks of tours that are planned.
Protocol / VIP Relations
• Consistently contact government, medical and sport institutions within Qatar to ensure our contacts remain up to date.
• Provide contacts and be the focal point of RSVPs when VIP invitations are issued for events at AZF.
• For events at AZF provide protocol operations
