JOB PURPOSE:
To provide a timely, efficient and end to end administrative service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policies and Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental and bank-wide policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a high quality and cost effective service to customers.
Employee Life Cycle
Provide smooth implementation of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including new hire integration, relocations, leaves and exits, vacations and time off in order to provide a fully comprehensive and efficient HR service to employees.
Records Maintenance
Maintain accurate and up to date employee information in HRIS
Record all employee leave applications and ensure that leave requests are dealt with in line with policy.
Maintain an accurate and up to date tracking system that ensures company’s compliance with the Qatari ministry guidelines.
