JOB PURPOSE:

To provide a timely, efficient and end to end administrative service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Policies and Procedures

 Follow all relevant departmental and bank-wide policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a high quality and cost effective service to customers.

Employee Life Cycle
 Provide smooth implementation of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including new hire integration, relocations, leaves and exits, vacations and time off in order to provide a fully comprehensive and efficient HR service to employees.

Records Maintenance
 Maintain accurate and up to date employee information in HRIS
 Record all employee leave applications and ensure that leave requests are dealt with in line with policy.
 Maintain an accurate and up to date tracking system that ensures company’s compliance with the Qatari ministry guidelines.
