Reports directly to the Division Manager. Provides functional assistance and direction to the F&B operations as assigned.
This is a non-alcoholic restaurant located in a most prestigious place in Qatar with Italian and French concept with seating capacity around 80-120 pax including the terrace. it is a multi-cultural hospitality environment with several European and few Asian staff.
Main duties and responsibilities include, welcoming guests and the VIPs, establishing customer contacts, designing sales programs and promotions, training and developing of staff, keeping staff informed of the house rules or policies, maintaining food safety & hygiene, induction of new staff, strict compliance with service standards, staff equal roster, handover checklist, manning of staff as per roster, weekly meeting for staff concerns and operational improvements.
