Qatar Foundation’s Strategic Planning Directorate is seeking an experienced and driven strategy professional to join its team as Planning and Evaluation Manager. The Strategic Planning Directorate (SPD) provides strategic analysis for the senior management and oversees strategic planning and performance evaluation across the Foundation. This is a rare opportunity to join the foundation in such a strategic role and to make a far-reaching impact.
Detailed Description
- Oversee the business planning and performance evaluation units within SPD
- Lead annual business planning process for centers and directorates within QF, in conjunction with other stakeholders such as Finance and HR
- Lead processes for the reporting, evaluation and management of performance against strategic objectives
- Oversee implementation of software to enhance the automation of performance reporting and easy access to performance scorecards and business plans
- To provide analysis and recommendations for senior management as required
