• Implement and maintain an appropriate corporate risk, compliance, insurance and tax framework.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance risk & compliance, tax and insurance evaluation, monitoring and reporting systems
• Embed a positive culture of confident and informed risk taking through training, communication and promotion of the agreed risk & compliance, tax and insurance framework.
• Manage a team comprising risk, compliance, tax and insurance advisors
