HR Manager in Construction Industry - Executives Online

THE ROLE

* Participates in formulating HR strategies, policies and objectives for Client.
* Drives and develops medium and short-term plans and programs to manage and achieve the anticipated company goals and targets.
* Monitors the HR Division's performance and ensure that preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Sets the estimated budget for the HR Department, and monitoring the division's expenditures and financial performance
* Disseminates instructions and circulars in addition to taken administrative and technical decisions necessary to fulfill endorsed plans and executive programs.

* A Strategic Thinker who has a vision of future trends, but also must be hands-on.
* Has a solid record of HR experience working with multinationals.
* At least 5 (Five) years’ HR management experience in Middle East.
* Fluent in English and sound knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

* 10 years HR managerial experience in Construction Industry
* Must have experience in implementing change.
