• Shall be in charge of daily delegation of work and issuing targets as per requirements of the project and its accomplishment.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Good understanding for engineering drawings, design standards, construction quality control and standards
• Shall coordinate with the main contractor’s site/project engineer for any site related issues and concerns
• Shall prepare weekly progress report and submit it o project manager for review and actions
• Shall coordinate with the material coordinator for ensuring the materials are available at that time of use
• Shall update project manager on present or upcoming developments any issues
• To ensure that all the problems are tackled effectively along with the cooperation of supervisors and foreman
• To ensure that all the latest approved drawings are available for use prior to commencement of the work at any particular area
• To ensure that all the works carried out is done in accordance to the latest approved drawings and program of work
• Shall be responsible for arrangements and availability of materials, there usage & handover as required
• To ensure coordinated team work and effective supervision of the works
• Mush have Sound Safety knowledge / background
• To proactively work on delegation, monitoring and completion of works as per schedule
