Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness. Clean and maintain courtyards, elevators, landings, and terrace and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel’s standards of cleanliness. Provide turndown service, Provide linens supplies for Villa Attendant and stocks floor closets. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guest and managers. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Takes owner ship in maintaining the up keep and maintenance of the areas of work - Villas / Rooms. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Enlivens & strengthens three steps of Service from receiving the arriving guest, introduction, the anticipation of the guest’s needs and full fill them through the various departments and teams in the hotel. Act as the contact person, or the to go person of the guests in your villa/s or rooms.
