IT Manager

Prepare IT strategic objectives, plans and policies that contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the company.
Prepare an overall budget for IT and ensures that this budget is consistent with the overall budget of the company.
Prepare IT plan and submit it to the Chief Support Services Officer for discussion and subsequent approval.
Ensure proper implementation of established IT policies and procedures.
Build a high performance organization and champion change.
Build strategic IT partnerships with business leaders, vendors and clients
Provide the overall leadership for development and implementation of integrated business and technology solutions for the organization.
Monitor all IT services and ensure smooth operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to IT.
Ensure efficient filing system with all documents related to IT and constantly update it.
Ensure efficient provision of IT user support and maintenance services to other divisions when required.
Ensure the standardization of IT tools and equipment used across divisions.
Ensure effective provision of technical advice and assistance in improving IT systems, policies and procedures.
Oversee the maintenance for the company’s website, telephone system and networking systems as well as installation and maintenance of all of company’s computers, and other IT office equipment.
Establish and maintain a database support system for information sharing amongst all divisions.
Develop and maintain a security system for all communication and networking equipment, databases and systems.
Coordinate the implementation of system security procedures and ensure security and integrity of IT systems.
