About Your Job:
You will be responsible on all aspects of HR and admin issues in line with the company's procedures. This covers induction, investigation, training and administrative functions of the company.
In this position you will be actively involved in research/investigation into administrative and work related and would provide induction courses to the new employees. You are expected to ensure HR administration documents are processed accurately and timely. Ability to allocate team to specific tasks as per the priority ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the team.
You will also be interacting closely with head of departments and with managers on all matters pertaining to HR policies and their implementation. Ensure compliance and best practice methodology is applied together with the ability to use tact and discretion when dealing with people and respond and communicate effectively to queries with regard to employment regulation, policies and procedures to decimate correct information and first level of service.
About You:
Successful candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in a large multinational environment. Applicant should also have proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business, should have had strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience and exposure to HR systems. You should posses' excellent written and communication skills, sound computer knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
