About Your Job:
Implement and Maintain the Finance Policies, Procedures for QR Group, adhering to controls, rules/regulations of company and complying with the International Accounting Standards (IAS).
You will be responsible to keep abreast with all financial laws and regulations. You Should develop, write and produce quick reference manuals in order to continually provide safe, clear and effective finance policies and procedures. You have to understand and advice any process change impact on financial accounting.You should review and implement effective and efficient procedures, and streamline processes to meet objectives and deadlines.You should participate in working groups ensuring implementation and issuance of Policies and Procedures.You have to manage the communication of changes in policies and procedures.You Should perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work units.
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
A Bachelor degree required. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
5 or more years experience with at least 2 years in a similar role preferably in a multicultural environment.
Job Specific Skills:
Proven ability to constantly meet, challenging deadlines.
Must have excellent organisational ability to be able to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities/work interruptions, and meet deadlines.
Well versed with IFRS.
Must be a self starter and have the ability to work independently, with minimal instructions.
Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of records and information.
