About Your Job:
As Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for organising and coordinating all office operations and procedures effectively. You will support Doha Hub management, Acting Head of Doha Hub to set up the meetings, calendars and data entry. You will have control over internal and external emails, insure office equipment is maintained and will arrange Duty travel for senior managers, including approvals, flights, hotels, etc. You will also need to supervise your team of Administration assistants, Office Support Agents and Drivers.

About You:
You should be a compassionate team player, with previous minimum 5 years experience in administration related roles such as Admin. Coordinator, Executive Secretary or Receptionist.
You must hold at minimum your High School Certificate. Your good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) will ensure that you succeed in managing your day to day operations. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English are essential requirements of the role. You should have an ability to delegate work, supervise, train and motivate your team to organisational efficiency.
