Purpose:
Produce a coordinated new media strategy and plan across the League and clubs, and an outstanding QSL website experience.
Key Activities:
• Define the role for the QSL web site, set specific KPIs, drive number of unique users, frequency of use, increase time on site and successfully collect data.
• Deliver a plan to develop the quality of all club websites to a minimum standard befitting a league that wants to be known as the best in the region; ensure on-going coordination and share of content etc between clubs and the QSL
• Successfully manage external suppliers, as required
• Ensure on-going excellence of technical and editorial delivery and presentation of the QSL website, leveraging all relevant new media developments to produce an outstanding user experience
• Ensure frequency, immediacy and breadth of content to engage and entertain users on a daily basis
• Liaise with Media Supervisor Arabic and Media Supervisor International to plan and produce relevant and exciting content (articles, opinion, debate) for fans to read, enjoy and interact with
• Develop with an external specialist agency the QSL plan to maximize the potential of social media to create passionate fans and deliver first class entertainment
• Create with the Brand Supervisor methodology to assess the success of major activity
• Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in creating the specific campaigns for all priority communities that will drive match attendance
• Coordinate with sponsors to add value and attract additional QSL marketing activity
