Job Purpose:
To provide support to the planning and evaluation department at the Strategic Planning Directorate. This role will provide dedicated analysis related to the Annual Business planning and Performance Monitoring Cycles, that will be a key resource to QF's Strategy Management System.
Key Result Areas:
- Develop and maintain the Annual Business Planning and Performance Evaluation Master Lists
- Coordinate and support the orientation and discussions for business planning and performance evaluation with QF centers and directorates.
- Liaising and follow-up with centers and directorates for timely submission of the business plans and performance reports.
- Review of the incoming business plans and performance reports for completeness, accuracy, and content in line with the approved checklist and instructions from the Manager.
- Proposal for changes and modification to submitted business Plans and performance reports, and liaising with the preparers till completion
- Review and verification of submitted plans and scorecards and comparison with previous year's approved plans and scorecards to identify major change areas, and to inform Manager accordingly.
- Ensure the extraction of collaboration requests for other entities and to compile updated reports based on this information; and to communicate these to the relevant entities with the approval of the Manager
- Working with the broader SPD team to ensure that there is smooth integration of all forms of strategic analysis related to annual planning
- Support the development of relevant IT platforms for business planning
