ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare advise and post GRN into Kerridge.
2. Reconcile orders with order confirmations.
3. Prepare Local Purchase Orders for local and overseas orders.
4. Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, sick reporting, overtime reporting and inventory reports.
5. Handle intercompany stock transfers.
6. Undertake parts creation, suppressions and amendments.
7. Manage the ISO/GM Difference Policies & Procedures.
8. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
