Ernst & Young, Qatar office is seeking experienced Senior Oracle Financial Consultants to join the Performance Improvement / IT Enablement Team within its Advisory service line.

Client responsibilities

► As a Senior Consultant, the candidate would be expected to provide solutions to clients covering:

► Finance Transformation
► Post-Implementation Review
► Configuration Health Check
► Implementation Governance & Quality Assurance
► Project / Program Management
► Change Management
► IT Governance

► Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and guidance, and adherence to professional standards
► Work with the team and the client with highest levels of quality and professionalism in line with the assignment scope
► Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the professional methodologies, guidance and professional standards
► Review work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner

Functional Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Growth

► Contribute to growth by ensuring clients engagements are executed in an efficient manner
► Identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services
► Identify opportunities in the market and develop the business of clients
► Perform an effective Project Leading role
► Manage effective time utilization of team members
► Assist manager in development of marketing strategy for the business unit

Quality Service / Client Care

► Commit to meeting clients’ expectations as defined by terms and conditions of contract
► Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients
► Posses strong project management experience and proven business development skills
► Execute the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner
► Ensure the technical quality of all client deliverables
► Ensure risks are identified and addressed and comply with the risk policies and procedures
► Demonstrate business judgment in advising clients
► Identify or create service opportunities and demonstrate and sell its value to clients

People/ Personal

► Help to develop skills and knowledge of the people within the group
► Provide counseling and coaching to people within the group

► Ensure proper planning and allocation of resources
