Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is fully responsible for achieving the sales targets in his branch while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and society.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensures implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
• Develop the weekly plans for his branch in line with targets and send those plans to the regional manager
• Lead the multi-functional team in his branch (maintenance, logistics, administration, accounting ) to best achieve the branch’s targets
• Train in a positive spirit his team starting by fair targets’ setting to a fair evaluation of individual performances.
• Daily visits to the store & floor with his team to evaluate performance and help in improving it.
• Ensure cash collection with his sales team and the accountant.
• Control and navigate the operating costs of the branch (activity by activity)
• Ensure strict discipline in the branch on all fronts.
• Safe guard the company’s assets and develop tracking tools for those (vans, fridges, buildings, crates, HHT, cars…)
