Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Investment Manager in managing day-to-day business activities (follow-up on leads, undertake research to identify potential acquisition targets, provide follow-up support activities during communication, negotiations, conclusion phases with couterparts).
- Provide communication and support in the management of the Investment Portfolio.
- Provide all required support in the organization and managing and if necessart jointly conducting field analysis tasks.
- Providing support in the development of investment investigations, feasibility studies, due diligence tasks, evaluation analysis, business planning, technical or financial assessments, commercial reviews and any other support of necessary business-relevant exercises/tasks.
- Providing support to the Investment Manager in the development of technical, commercial and management reports.
- Providing supportin the evaluation (technically, commercially and operationally) of potential investment opportunities in this field.
- Providing contributions to the provision of advice, recommendations, solutions and options developed by the Investment Manager to Executive Management.
- Providing coordination activities that actively support the Investment Manager's management of investment opportunities through to conclusion and handover to the operations sector.
- in coordination with the Investment Manager actively develop and prepare research materials, written reports and presentations and business plans inclusive of findings, outcomes and performace monitoring, etc.
